The Gladwin Community Ice Arena was founded in 2000. We're located at 402 James Robertson Drive in beautiful Gladwin, Michigan! We provide a quality center for ice skating, hockey, physical fitness, tae kwon do, MMA fights, volleyball and horseshoes! Fun and professionalism is what we're all about!
The Fitness Center is open year-round and offers many membership specials. Get in shape now!
Public Skating is available October through March each year.
Ice skating sessions for the public are one of the main attractions at Gladwin Community Arena. Skating provides great exercise and an opportunity to get out of the house! Plus, it's not like exercising at the gym... skating is fun! Lace-em up, bring a friend and join us! We help make skating fun!
Gladwin Community Arena offers "Learn to play" Hockey & Ice Skating Lessons:
Are you an adult looking to learn to skate? Do you have children yearning to skate like the pros? If so, we love to teach and our instructors are 'top notch'! For beginners, we usually focus on providing basic skating skills/techniques. For more advanced skaters we focus on proper form, technique and getting you ready to meet your goals. Ice Hockey:
In association with GAHA, Gladwin Area Hockey Association, the Gladwin Ice Arena has both Adult and Youth Ice Hockey programs and leagues. Whether you are a beginning skater looking to play on a team in an instructional league, or an experienced ice hockey player looking to get out and play with others, Gladwin Community Arena is the place to play. Horseshoes is now new to the Gladwin Arena! We have 4 brand new professional-grade pits. They are available for use during volleyball season. Have some friends that want to form a horseshoe team?
